The Clinical Value the Intraocular Lens Implantation and Trabeculectomy Combined with Cataract Extraction for Treatment of Glaucoma and Cataract

Objective To analysis of cataract extraction in combination with artificial lens implantation and trabeculectomy in cataract combined glaucoma clinical application and clinical value. Methods Between January 2012 and January 2012 in our hospital treatment of 52 patients with cataract combined glaucoma, were randomly divided into two groups. Results Postoperative, two groups of intraocular pressure and scattered luminosity were significantly improved, and improve the level of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, and on the vision recovery was better than control group,P 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion Small incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation combined cataract combined glaucoma trabeculectomy treatment, patients can effectively improve eyesight condition, is worth promoting.
