Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of low dose hydrocortisone succinate on infection of serum cytokines in patients with septic shock.Method:80cases of septic shock were randomly divided into study group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to the random number table method. The control group was given conventional treatment, the study group was treated hydrocortisone succinate combined with conventional treatment.Observe the level of the serum tumor necrosis factor of alpha(TNF-α),interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6)and clinical curative effect of two groups. Results:The TNF-alpha,IL-1and IL-6levels of two groups before treatment had no significant difference(P0.05).The level of TNF-αin study group after the treatment of 1,2,3,7dwere significantly lower than that of the control group(P0.05);and the level of IL-1and IL-6in study group after the treatment of 2,3,7dwere significantly lower than that of the control group(P0.05).The mortality rate and the incidence of MODS in study group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P0.05);The mechanical ventilation time and ICU stay time of the study group were significantly reduced(P0.05)compared with the control group. Conclusion:Low dose hydrocortisone succinate has significant inhibiting effect on serum cytokines in patients with septic shock TNF-alpha,IL-1and IL-6,and canreduce organ injury patient tissue and reduce the mortality of patients, clinicalapplications and has better popularization value, which is worthy of clinical application.
