Abstract
Objective:To analyze relations between the sex chromosomes and clinical manifestations.Method:Analysis of peripheral blood chromosome karyotype of genetic counseling patients.Results: 27 cases of abnormal karyotype of chromosome found in blood chromosome examination of 1896 genetic counseling patients,the positive rate was 1.424%.Conclusion:The clinical manifestations of abnormal sex chromosome exist certain relationship.
