Abstract
Objective:To Study the relationships between male infertility and chromosomal abnormality, providing theoretical evidence for clinical treatment. Methods:Chromosome analysis of 803 male patients were conducted by peripheral blood lymphocyte culture,G-band techniques and C-band techniques.Results:182 cases of abnormal karyotype were found, including 22.67% of Y-Chromosome polymorphism, chromosome numerical abnormality, chromosome Structural abnomalities, sex reversal, chromosome gain, chromosome elimination, chromosome translocation, chromosome inversion and chromosome polymorphism. Conclusion:Chromosome examination to male infertility can aid at the diagnosis and treatment of infer couples.Chromosomal abnormality plays an important role in male infertility.
