Abstract

Objective To study effect of using victoria A acid, arsenic trioxide, daunorubicin to cure of acute promyelocytic leukemia. Methods 30 cases petients with acute promyelocytic leukemia were randomly divided into control group and observation group, all 15 patients.Control group were gave asingle-agent induction chemotherapy with victoria A acid, while observation group with victoria A acid, arsenic trioxide, daunorubicin induction chemotherapy.Compared clinical effect between two groups. Results Time of complete remission and the percentage of promyelocyte in peripheral blood were significantly improvement in observation group,no-victoria A acid syndrome happened, and tolerance of patients was good. Conclusion Induction chemotherapy of using victoria A acid, arsenic trioxide, daunorubicin for acute promyelocytic leukemia patients should be the first choice management modality.
