This paper described the new pre-disposal treatment technologies (including Supercritical Fluid Extraction, Solid Phase Micro-Extraction, Matrix Solid-Phase Dispersion, Accelerated Solvent Extraction, Gel Permeation Chromatography,etal)and new detection technologies(including Capillary Electrophoresis, QuEchERS Method, Immunoassay, Biosensing Techniques, et al) for the detection of pesticide residues in food.
