Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing interventions on the prevention of vaginal delivery the macrosomia postpartum hemorrhage.Method 40 cases of mater who had vaginal delivery, macrosomia in our hospital February 2007-April 2009 were selected as the control group,40 cases of mater who had vaginal delivery, macrosomia in our hospital August 2009-September 2011 were selected as the intervention group, the intervention group received nursing intervention, while the control group received routine care.Incidence of maternal postpartum hemorrahage, the amount of bleeding in postpartum 2 h and postpartum 24 h of two groups were compared. Results The postpartum hemorrhage rate of the intervention group was 10.0%,the control group was 32.5%,the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group,P0.05.The amount of bleeding in postpartum 2 h and 24 h of the intervention group were 301.45±105.48 ml and 365.32 ± 79.33 ml,the control group were 352.06±112.23ml and 420.21±128.42ml,the two groups were significantly different,P0.05.Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly reduce the maternal incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, and reduce the amount of bleeding in postpartum 2 h and postpartum 24 h,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
