Abstract

To enhance the teaching quality of the institutions of our higher education is an urgent task our higher education is facing.The establishment of an excellent teaching quality supervising controlling system with the help of the modern educational scientific theory and advanced technique is the effective measure to realize the improvement of the quality management on the whole process of teaching,on the whole educational personel involved and in all aspects,and to increase the educational and teaching quality.We should not only clearly realize the practical significance of this system,but also make clear and definite the basic theoretical and practical problems of this system,such as the prerequisite condition,supervising controlling content,principles and so on.
