Roles of the Teaching Supervisors in the Supervising and Controlling System Assuring the Teaching Quality

On the basis of the population of the higher education,the problem in the quality of teaching appears gradually in every college and university. The key problem of reform and development of the college and university is how to be sure that the quantity of the university goes well with the quality,and thus to develop in harmony with the scale,quality,structure and the beneficial result.Teaching supervisors,as one of the important parts in the supervising and controlling system in the quality of teaching,are playing very important roles in assurance of the teaching quality.
