Abstract

Perfect teaching supervising system should be established for improving teaching quality completely.Starting from analyzing the present situation of teaching supervising work in higher vocational colleges,this paper specifies the duty of supervising work further,and puts forward the perfect supervising system,including complete supervising organization structure,fixed supervising content,improved supervising methods.It also discusses how to deal with the three relationships well.
