Abstract

Cao Zhi was a Wei's poet in the period of the Three Kingdoms.The number and quality of his poems,fu(descriptive prose interspersed with verse) and all kinds of prose are rated the best of those times.He was rather active in the realm of literature as poet.He innovated and progressed greatly in his artistic style.Especially he made a big contribution towards a poem with five characters to a line.
