Abstract
Objective To analyze the status of pathogenic strain distribution in blood culture and their antimicrobial-resistant trend.Methods BacT/ALERT 3D System was used to perform blood culture,and VITEK 2 Compact Instrument was used to identify bacteria.Results Among 6529 blood culture samples,the rate of positive cultures was 12.7%(835/6529).Moreover,510 strains were Gram-positive bacteria(61.1%),298 strains were Gram-negative bacteria(35.7%)and 27 strains were fungi(3.2%).Coaulase negative staphylococci topped the detection rate list of the Gram-positive bacteria,followed by Staphylococci aureus,extremely sensitive to vancomycin,teicoplanin and linezolid.The first top four of isolation rate list of the Gram-negative bacteria were Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Acinetobacter baumannii and Pseudomonas aeruginosa,respectively,and Escherichia coli was to imipenem.Conclusion Gram-positive bacteria are dominant in pathogens isolated from blood cultures.Therefore,the monitoring and analysis of antimicrobial-resistan bacteria should be strengthened to guide the rational use of these medications in clinical practice.
