Abstract

The metals ore is Hongling Cu-Pb-Zn-Fe ore,grade is low of copper-lead,grade of lead only is 0.04%.Flowsheet test of mineral processing technology for reclaim all kind of useful mineral.The writer decited to use the flowsheet of copper lead mixed flotation separate-zinc flotation of mixed flotation tailings-low magnetic separation of zinc flotation tailings according to kinds of flowsheets.the flowsheets give attention to recove of all purpose mineral.The final data follows: copper concentrate grade is 23.52%,the recovery is 71.27%;lead concentrate grade is 45.77%,the recovery is 59.78%;zinc concentrate grade is 54.05%,the recovery is 93.65%;iron concentrate grade is 66.09%,the recovery is 33.50%.
