Abstract
About the reason of change on the tone of South Xinjiang Chinese Dialect,some scholars thought that was Altai language.But it is not true reason.If we study the history,we can find the truth: The oldest South Xinjiang Chinese Dialect was Guanzhong area of ZhongYuan Mandarin Dialect,Hezhou people join it later,the tone changed to this way at last.
