Abstract

Objective:To determinate the content of quercetin in Propolis from henan.Methods:HPLC method was established.Diamonsil C18 column was used,CH3OH-4%H3PO4 solution as mobile phase,gradient elution,at the flow rate of 1.0mL/min and the UV detection wavelength at 283nm.Results:the content of quercetin in Propolis from henan is 27.3mg/g with RSD of 0.80%.Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate and available for the exploitation and the quality control of Propolis in different areas.
