Abstract
Based on the theoretical model of coordinating degree and the historical data of coordinating degree of co-system of higher education and economy, the paper derives a predication model of the system's coordinating degree by means of no linear regression method, analyzes different dynamic actions such as stability, cycle and chaos, and finally offers the steps of simulating and predicting the system's coordinating degree, all of which are expected to lay a theoretical foundation for the future research in the coordination of co-system of higher education and economy.
