Abstract
Based on system-coordinating analysis,the method for the measurement of the coordinating degree of the system of science and technology — economy is empirically studied according to China statistics for 1998 2000.The finding is that the coordinating degree for the system of science and technology — economy is on the low side,the contribution of the scientific and technological progress to the economic growth is not high.This requires us to further improve the coordinating level of scientific and technological—economic system,promotes the strategic transformation of economic growth from resource,capital to science and technology.
