Abstract

Objective: To study the compound extraction process of total volatile oils from Folium Perillae Argutae,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Herb Schizonepetae in Sijiganmao tablets by supercritical CO2 extraction. Methods: The total volatile oils of the herbs was extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction. Orthogonal design is applied to determine the best extracting condition with extacting rate of total volatile oils as index, taking extraction temperature, extraction pressure, extraction time and separatorⅠpressure as factors. Results: The optimal extracting condition were extraction temperature 35℃,extraction pressure 25 MPa,extraction time 2h,separatorⅠpressure12MPa. Under these conditions, the extracting rate of total volatile oil was 2. 21%. Conslusion: The process is stable and has high extraction rate. The compound extraction method is better than the steam distillation method.
