Abstract
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of volatile oil from Cangyibiyan tablets. Methods: Used uniform experimental design, gas chromatography to determine the content of eucalyptol in extraction combined with the extract yield to optimize the best conditions of supercritical CO2 extraction as well as a comparative study with steam distillation. Supercritical CO2 extraction rate was higher than steam distillation extraction method, suitable for extraction of volatile components from Biyan tablets.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
