Course of treatment was 8 weeks, and observed effects after 4 weeks and 8 weeks. Results The total effective rate was 90. 5% of observation group, and 85. 4% of control group. total effective rate was significant difference ( P 0. 05) . Conclusion The effect of Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide tablets were significantly superior to irbesartan. It is worthy of reference.
