Abstract

Objective To compare analgesic effect and complications of intravenous postoperative analgesia with flurbiprofen axeyil injetion combined with tramadol hydrochloride and with tramadol hydrochloride alone. Methods 80 cases of postoperative patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into four groups with 20 cases each, tramadol hydrochloride 600mg Ⅰ group, tramadol hydrochloride 400mg Ⅱ group, flurbiprofen axeyil injection 50mg plus tramadol hydrochloride 400mg in group Ⅲ and flurbiprofen axeyil injection 100mg plus tramadol hydrochloride 200mg in group Ⅳ.The drugs in each group were diluted to 100ml. analgesic pattern:background flow rate 2mL/h,self-controlled dose 0.5ml every time, locking time 15min.The visual analog scale(VAS) ,analgesic effect of PCIA and incidence of side effects were recorded during the period of postoperative 24 hours. Results The VAS of group Ⅱ at 1h after operation was significantly higher than that of group Ⅰ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ(P0.05) ,which became similar 1h later(P0.05) . The accidences rate of nausea, vomiting in group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly less than those in group Ⅰ(P 0.05) . No respiratory depression or abnormal bleeding occurred in four groups. Conclusion Intravenous postoperative analgesia with flurbiprofen axeyil injection combined with tramadol hydrochloride has a better analgesic effect than tramadol hydrochloride alone and can reduce tramadol hydrochloride requirement and its side effects.
