Abstract
[Objective] To determine the contents of metal elements in Coptis chinensis by FAAS.[Method] The samples were digested with the HNO3-HClO4 system and then the flame atomic absorption spectrometry was adopted to determine the contents of five mental elements(Fe,Mg,Mn,Cu and Zn) in Coptis chinensis from six different places.[Result] Coptis chinensis contains abundant mental elements.Mg had the highest content in Coptis chinensis,and Cu had the lowest content.The content of Fe,Mn,Zn was similar.The additional standard recoveries of samples is between 100.10% and 107.24%,and RSD(n=6) is in the range of 0.19% to 3.69%.[Conclusion] The method is of high sensitivity,good stability,precision and accuracy requirements,which can provide reference for further exploitation and utilization of Coptis chinensis resources.
