The efficacy of Mailuoning injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.

Abstract

Objective:Study of the efficacy of Mailuoning injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Method:98 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups.The conventional therapy applied to the patients of the two groups was basically the same.Patients of cerebral edema were treated with 20% mannitol injection.Patients in the treatment group were treated with Mailuoning injection,and patients in the control group were treated with Xuesaitong Injection.Result:The total efficacy in the treatment group was 94%,and 75% in the control group.The difference was significant,(P0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after the treatment for the BI neural function defect score,the score of FMA(P0.05).Conclusion:Mailuoning injection is safe,cheap and effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.It is suitable for popularization and application in basic hospitals.
