Abstract
Adventitious bud regeneration from the leaves of Populus ×Deltosinonipyramidalis cv.Zhaiguanheiqingyang 31,6(Lu31,Lu6)in vitro with different media and hormones of tissue culture was studied. The results showed that the optimum medium for adventitious bud regeneration was 1/2MS+BA0.3mg/L+NAA0.01~0.05mg/L, and the frequency of adventitious bud regeneration could exceed 90.0%,the number of adventitious bud got to 10 to 13/ the best leaves for adventitious bud regeneration from the leaves which were cultured on medium are the top lstto 3rd ones.
