Abstract

The concrete face rockfill dam of Hongjiadu Hydropower Station located in deep mountain gorge of karst district, its left bank is high bluff side. Has used the newest achievements and experience of both abroad and home in construction CFRD for reference, the dam had be comprehensively optimized in the design for inviting tender. The paper expounds these optimum items such as its layout, division of dam body, top structure of dam, structure of peripheral joint, layout of plinth, high steep side, quarry and process of sending material go to the dam, etc.
