Abstract

In the process of China's opening to the outside world,utilizing foreign capital plays an important role in promoting China's economic development,but its unbalance is becoming more and more prominent,which exerts certain side effect on the economic development.The paper analyzes its unbalance in different industries,different regions,different ways in utilizing foreign capital and sources of foreign capital and offers some suggestions to solve the problems.
