Abstract
One hydropower station,a long water-diverted station with Pelton turbine,is with a longer headrace penstock and three units share one headrace penstock.The headrace system is complicated.Restricted by geological and topographical conditions,no surge shaft is proposed to build.The hydropower station operates in one isolated grid system.In consideration of various complicated factors,accurate calculation and analysis on regulating system is more important.
