Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic valve of combined detection of ANA,ENA and dsDNA in systemic lupus enythmatosus. Methods:Serum was collected from 173 patients.ANA as well as dsDNA was tested by indirect immunofluorescent method, and ENA was tested by western blot. Results:The detection rates of the three antibodies in female SLE patients were higher than those of male patients. In the serum of patients, the detection rates of ANA,ASA(anti-sm antibodies) and dsDNA were 94.8%,32.2% and 45.1% respectively. Conclusion:There were significant differences in the sensitivity of ANA,ENA and dsDNA in systemic lupus erythematosus.Combined detection of ANA,ENA and dsDNA autoantibody had the diagnostic value to SLE.
