The Different Meaning of Economic Law

The universities in China are generally open course in their economics,management and other Non-law Profession departments.The course covers civil law,commercial law,economic law(some teaching materials also include social law).The co-existence phenomenon of law professional and non-law profession brings confusion and adverse effects to the legal education of non-law profession.This study traces the origins and causes of economic law in Non-law Profession and indicates?nominal rectification should be carried out as soon as possible.The author advises economic law in Non-law Profession could be renamed to Civil and Commercial Law Foundation.In long time,it should be connected to legal basis in the first year in University should be changed to legal basis(volume senior).It is not only beneficial to systematic legal education of illegal profession,but also work out the in non-law profession unworthy of the name issue.
