Abstract
Moral cognition and behavior are two key stages of the whole process of education.Recently,the university has been paying more attention to the cultivation of cognition and behavior of students,but there are still some problems which lead to moral conflict and weakens the effectiveness of education.In order to solve them,we should optimize the social environment to form a proper atmosphere,lead students to form habits by practice,establish a link between internalization and externalization by practice training,strengthen the democratic and legal system to further solidify the unity of cognition and behavior.
