Abstract
Objective: To Study the infection and antibiotic drug resistances of mycoplasma from the patients with NGU in Xian areas areas. Results: The identification of Mh and Uu as well as their drug susceptibilities were tested with IST mycoplasma detection kits producedby Biomerierieux in france. Methods: The mycoplasma infetion was 36%,with Uu25.0%,Mh 9.2% and mixed infaction 1.8% respectively. Drug resistance to Uu were as follow: Doxycycline 27.8%, Josamycine9.3%,Oflocacine 14.8%, erthomycime 44.4%. Tetracycline 46.3 and pristinamycine 7.4%. Drug resistances to Mh were 30.0%, 10.0%, 25.0%,65.0%,55.0% and 15.0% respectively. Conclusion: Mycoplasma infection in Genitourinary tract is mainly due to Uu infection. Drug resistances to Uu and Mh is different, but they all showed high susceptibility to Prisitiamycine and Josamycine , with Oflocacine and Doxycyline as secondary to be used.
