Abstract
The effects of different nano-SiO2 contents on mechanical properties of polypropylene were studied,a comprehensive analysis on the best formula was found out;Comparison of effect of MAH grafted PE,PP and POE on mechanical properties and fluidity of SiO2/PP blends was studied;Effect of non-grafted POE and graft POE-g-MAH ratio on mechanical properties of SiO2/PP blends was researched.Studies showed that:8% SiO2 hybrid had a better system performance;adding grafted POE had a better toughening effect than adding POE/POE-g-MAH.When non-grafted POE and grafted POE were used at the same time,a certain percentage could make both in the perspective way of toughening and synergy.
