Abstract
The prime reason for the underdevelopment of Northeast old industrial base is that the lagging of private businesses.The key solution to the serious problem lies in realizing the economic position and importance of private businesses.In addition, considering the reality of the Northeast District,our government should take feasible measures to vigorously promote the rapid development and vitalize the Northeast old industrial base.
