A historical analysis of formation and evolvation of the northeast old industrial base

Abstract

The situation and the condition of the northeast old industrial base has been analyzed from the historical angle.The formation and evolvation of the northeast old industrial base are mainly divided into three stages.From 9·18 emergencies to Japan surrender,Japan has some influence over the old industry due to its investment to the old northeast industry but it is not decisive;from Japan surrender to reforming and opening in our country.The national key investment has caused the northeast industry to establish truly and experienced the process from flourishing to delining,which is worthy of deep thought.After reforming and opening,we start to find problems and make measures to let the northeast industry revive and develop.
