Abstract

In the revival of northeast old industrial base,the northeast local government's incumbency ability still keeps existing a lot of problems,can't well develop the working talent and function that it should have.Therefore only change the working talent of northeast local government further,then can transfer the potential of the northeast economic development,and carry out the revival of the northeast old industrial base really.
