Abstract
The scientific development view provides theoretical guidance and practical direction for the employment guidance work of higher vocational education.Under the guidance of scientific development view,the employment guidance work of higher vocational schools should continuously try to enhance whole working level,stand out the subjective status and individual value of graduates,plan various resources for employment work and establish long-effect mechanism for employment guidance work.
