The Existing Problems and Countermeasures on Employment Guidance in Higher Vocational College

Higher vocational education is an employment education,which is oriented by the social demand.The key to promote the higher vocational students' employment rate is to constantly reform and deepen the employment guidance work.According to the characteristics of higher vocational students' employment,the paper elaborates the experience in employment guidance reform and practice of higher vocational colleges concerning the aspects of employment guidance mode,working systems,supporting of special group and guidance team.
