Abstract
The employment guidance work in higher vocational colleges plays important role in attaining talent training objective and satisfying social need.So we must know the status and function of employment guidance work,explore the new pattern,new train of thought and new method of employment guidance teaching positively,make great efforts to improve graduate's employment rate.
