Abstract
Habitat destruction induced by the decreasing wetland in the Yangtze Estuary have resulted in a sharp decline in biodiversity, leaving negative impacts on the function and structure of the Yangtze Estuary ecosystem. In this paper, the idea of artificial floating wetland( AFW) used for biodiversity restoration in the Yangtze Estuary was put forward. The function and primary results of the AFW applied in three different areas of the Yangtze Estuary, the further research and application prospects were also introduced. The main objective is to promote the innovation and development of the Yangtze Estuary ecological restoration for maintaining the function of the Yangtze Estuary ecosystem.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
