On Putting Government's Functions into Practice and Strengthening Management of Regional Economy

Government's working functions mainly includes political functions,economic functions,social functions,cultural and educational functions and so on.At present,our country's structural reform is in the transitional period,so it is an important project of the construction of the socialist market economy in the new period about how,under the condition of socialist market economy and on the basis of China's actual conditions,to put government's basic functions in to full practice,strengthen the management of regional economy and promote the prosperity of economy.
