In recent years,medical disputes occur frequently,become affect social stability.It is urgent to settle an effective medical dispute resolution mechanism.Based on the concepts of people's mediation mechanism in the field of medical dispute,the legal basis,status,advantages and analyzes that people's mediation mechanism in medical disputes,encourage and development fields of people's mediation mechanism is an effective,economical and impartial medical disputes solution.
