To Research People's Mediation System in Medical Dispute

Abstract

Medical dispute mediation is a newmethod to resolve the medical disputes,but the mediation system has not been sound enough.In order to perfect medical disputes mediation systems and provide system foundation for resolving the medical disputes,organization of the people's mediation committee,mediation procedure and coordination system between mediation and medical liability insurance will be researched.
