Clinical observation of Levo-carnitine combined with Qingkailing injection in the treatment of acute viral myocarditis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Levo-carnitine combined with Qinkailing injection in the treatment of acute viral myocarditis. Methods 98 patients with acute viral myocarditis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. 50 patients in the treatment group were treated by Levo-carnitine combined with Qingkailing injection, and 48 patients in control group were treated by energy mixture and ribavirin, and the clinical effects were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical manifestations, electrocardiogram and myocardium markers in treatment group were significantly better than that in control respectively(P 0.05). Conclusion Levo-carnitine combine Qinkailing injection has a significant curative effect on the acute viral myocarditis, which is worth of clinical expansion.
