Abstract
Objective To opmtimize the extraction technics for total flavonoids from Astragalus. Methods The orthogonal design was conducted to investigate the main cellulose enzymatic extraction of total flavonoids from Astragalus and the best extraction technics was determined. Results The optimum conditions cellulose enzymatic extraction of total flavonoids from Astragalus were as follows: enzymolysis time 120min,hydrolysis temperature 30 ℃,enzyme volume 8mg,PH value 4.5.Conclusion This method is simple and feasible. It is an effective way for extraction of total flavonoids from Astragalis.
