Duration Project Management of Real Estate Project Based onTimed Petri Net

Abstract

An analysis was made of the main methods for the current duration project management,combined with the characteristics of real estate development project.Duration project management methods were proposed based on Timed Petri Net,which has the characteristic of traditional method and solves the shortcoming that can not tell the real-time progress of duration.Through the simulation of real estate development project,its applicability and effectiveness was finally confirmed.
