Abstract
This paper firstly gives a definition of the effectiveness of project management based on project success. Then according to the principle of path analysis, it sets a path analysis model related to project management and the elements of project success, which quantifies the causality between interrelated variables. By case studies, a conclusion of evaluation of the effectiveness of current project management is drawn in this paper.
