Abstract
In the paper different approaches to project life cycle decomposition on phases for simulation of the resources optimal using are described. The models of project management are presented, in particular V-model, model of waterfall, which are used in practice. There is offered M-model of project management, for better representing of dynamics of project works execution, and explains executors' migration between projects. The model of project financial resources optimization is developed. In addition, the using of knowledge base is offered for the analysis of executed projects information and for decisions making during projects selection.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
