Necessity and Exploration of Medical English in Medical College

Abstract

This paper explores the necessity of setting up medical English in higher education and makes that the role and position of professional English in university English teaching are important. And the paper points out the effective ways to strengthen medical English teaching from two sides of teaching materials and teachers. It is important to explore and improve the teaching method of medical English for the benefits of students' abilities in reading , translation and writing.
