Abstract

Objective To discuss the applicable delivery day and the related complications in the period of termination of pregnancy with A1 gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 131 cases of pregnant women with A1 GDM that delivered in our hospital during July 2005-June 2007 were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were no difference between 5 groups on age,height,weight,maternal and neonatal outcome(P0.05)except of the severe asphyxia(P0.05).The incidence of oligohydramnios(16.79%)and premature rupture of fetal membrane(24.43%)were higher than those observed in common pregnancy.Conclusions 1.Women with A1 GDM can deiliver after 40 weeks'pregnancy;2.The percentages of oligohydramnios and premature rupture of fetal membranes in GDM are higher in A1 GDM than those in common pregnancy.
