Abstract
Objective To observe the identification of persimmon leaf and its extraction process of the total flavone. Methods The persimmon leaf was identified with microscope, physiochemical method and TLC.Through single factor and orthogonal design, the extraction process of the total flavone in persimmon leaf was observed. Results The microscopic and physiochemical characteristics of persimmon leaf were clear.TLC indicated distinct colored dots. The best extraction process:70% ethanol extraction for twice,10 times solvent,1.5 h for each extraction. Conclusion The study of the identification of persimmon leaf and its extraction process of the total flavone provides the theoretic evidence for the development and utilization of persimmon leaf.
